Mesopotamian Dramaturgies / Journey to the Moon (short version)
2009

Journey to the Moon's story is reconstructed with supposedly found black-and-white photos, and narrated by a recorded voice, supposedly from a real interview. It is a faked attempt to document a rumour, the story of a village in Eastern Turkey which tries to go to the moon.
The piece recreates a fake history completely made up by the artist, by demonstrating that all history is man-made, therefore fake.
